More regulation please!
I can't quite get past the final graf of this horrifying story:
B.C. officials have no idea how many tigers are in the province, because owners do not require a license to keep the animals.
Shouldn't you need a license to own a tiger?

Thank God I am an American and have the Second Amendment to protect my right to arm bears.
Hard to believe, isn't it? I can't own a Yorkshire Terrier without a licence but I can keep a tiger.
