Could be cool...

Alexandra Kerry (John's daughter) is writing a book and making a documentary about the 2004 Democratic campaign. What makes this exciting news is that she's working on the film with Jehane Noujaim, the wonderful director of the wonderful al-Jazeera documentary from a couple of years ago,The Control Room. At The Corner, they're just shocked and appalled that Kerry would associate herself with that "al-Jazeera filmer". I expect this will be cited as more evidence of "the loony left" overtaking the Democratic Party. In fact, it suggests that Alex Kerry has terrific taste (something that's been debatable in the past). Given Bush's apparent fantasy about slaughtering independent Arab journalists whose angle on the War had upset his generals, I think the timing of this news couldn't be better.
